Job description:
- 1)Promote product in local China market in accordance with global business strategy
- 2)Develop new business through all pipelines, such as follow-up of sales lead, outdoor client meeting & exhibitions, etc.
- 3)Make Indoor sales pricing to reply daily biz inquiries in a professional way
- 4)Maintain the good biz relationship with global key accounts including leading forwarders; develop biz with new clients
- 5)Daily contact with Railway Platform & China Railway; Deal with Inquiries from & quotations to Platform; Establish or maintain business relationship with potential or existing clients
- 6)Develop products of FCL, LCL & block train, both WB & EB, between China & Europe/Russia; work with platform to set up selling rate and buying cost from each other
- 7)Make sure smooth and efficient cooperation with other functions
- 8)Liaison & intercommunicate with European offices & counterparts
- 9)Manage Sales Team if applicable and 30% business trip out of the workload
Requirements:
- 1)achelor degree or above, in Forwarding or Transportation, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related major
- 2)More than 5-10 years’ solid working experience with international carrier especially rail operator as well as shipping line, international freight forwarder or logistics company; 1-belt-1-road rail-freight as well as intermodal transportation industry is a plus
- 3)Highly motivated and proactive, with good communication skills
- 4)With good knowledge and overview for Sino-Euro market, rail-freight is a plus
- 5)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and 30% business trip out of the workload
- 6)Bilingual or trilingual, out of Chinese, English, Russian as well as German.

鐵路操作(zuò)專員 Operation Specialist

Detailed Responsibilities:
- 1)Receive orders from client and support client to ensure related information, documents complete and compliant
- 2)Close cooperation with OPS supervisor to ensure cargo and documentation flow at the same pace .
- 3)Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructions
- 4)Ensure necessary reporting according to standard operation procedures, both internal and external
- 5)Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client
- 6)Entry tracking and tracing management system
Qualifications:
- 1)Familiar with customer service role and management, Customs clearance process and documentation flow. If familiar with bonded customs clearance process, will be plus.
- 2)Skillful communication with internal and external
- 3)Good spoken & written English
- 4)Junior college degree or above
- 5)2+ year work experiences in global 3PL/forwarder
- 6)Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience
